- Proof of current address (a utility bill or bank statement).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method.
Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete. If a user refuses to provide verification documents, okgg reserves the right to close the account.
3.2 Account Security
It is your own responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
okgg processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services.
Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (per method) | Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800
4.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each payment method.
- Deposited funds must be sent only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without a refund of funds.
- Deposit processing is generally instant, but delays may occur due to technical reasons.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
- Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see Section 5).
- In the event of suspicious activity, okgg may temporarily hold a withdrawal and request additional verification.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the same method used for the deposit.
Bonuses & Promotions
okgg offers a welcome bonus for newly registered players. The following terms apply strictly to receiving and using bonuses.
5.1 Bonus Calculation Examples
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- ৳28,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳48,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = completing ৳37,500 in wagers allows winnings earned from the bonus to be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- Some games may have limited or zero contribution toward bonus wagering — the applicable rules will be shown on the offer's detail page.
- A bonus offer cannot be used more than once.
- Bonuses may be cancelled if multiple accounts or fraud are suspected.
- okgg reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion.
Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- okgg reserves the right to cancel bets accepted unintentionally due to a technical error.

- Using bots or automated software to play is prohibited.
6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting
Cricket and other sports markets are available for betting on okgg. Betting markets include various types of matches as general examples (such as Bangladesh vs India in a Test or T20 match). No specific match, date, or score is confirmed by okgg.
- If a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
- Settled results after the announcement of the outcome will be considered final.
- In the event of a suspicious match or market irregularity, okgg will independently investigate and determine the outcome.
6.3 Slots & Casino Games
All slots and casino games are RNG (Random Number Generator) based and fair play is ensured. The specific rules for each game can be found in that game's interface.
